Ms. Fox has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary and Director of the Company since July 2015, and from February 2013 to July 2015, Ms. Fox served the Company as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Strategic Development.
In addition, Ms. Fox served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company from September 2017 to December 2017 and previously served in such capacity from July 2015 through April 2017. From December 2008 to February 2013, Ms. Fox served in various positions with SCF Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investments in the energy services industry. Ms. Fox became a Managing Director of SCF Partners in December 2012.
Prior to joining SCF Partners, Ms. Fox served in the United States Marine Corps. During her service, Ms. Fox worked with a small team embedded in the South of Iraq in order to ensure Iraqi Security Force combat operations were consistent with the application of US counterinsurgency tactics. Ms. Fox has also served as an Investment Banking Analyst for both Prudential Securities and Warburg Dillon Read in New York.
Ms. Fox holds a Bachelor of Science in Diplomacy and Security in World Affairs from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and is currently a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board.

Mr. Crombie currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to serving in this position, Mr. Crombie served as President, Completion Solutions and as an Executive Vice President of the Company from February 2017 to January 2019. Mr. Crombie served as President, US Wireline and Cementing and was an Executive Vice President of the Company from December 2013 to February 2017.
Mr. Crombie joined the Company from Crest Pumping Technologies, LLC, which he founded and guided to success as President. Before starting Crest, Mr. Crombie was Vice President of Operations and Sales for Pumpco Energy Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Complete Production Services (now part of Superior Energy Services) from 2000 to 2012. At Pumpco, he oversaw stimulation and cementing services in prolific, unconventional plays throughout the continental United States. Prior to Pumpco, Mr. Crombie was employed by Halliburton Energy Services from 1994 to 2000.
Since 1994, Mr. Crombie has worked in both cementing and stimulation operations in the areas of domestic and international operations, including the Permian Basin, the Fort Worth Basin, Oklahoma, the Gulf of Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
Edward Bruce Morgan

Mr. Morgan currently serves as the Company’s President, Production Solutions. Prior to serving in this position, Mr. Morgan served as an Operations Manager for the Company since August 2013. Mr. Morgan joined the Company from Peak Pressure Control, LLC, which he founded in 2010.
Peak Pressure Control was acquired by the Company in August 2013. Before founding Peak, Mr. Morgan was the regional manager at STS Rental and Supply from 2005 to 2010 overseeing operations in West Texas and Williston, North Dakota. Prior to Peak, Mr. Morgan held various positions at Schlumberger from 1990 to 2004, including positions handling all onshore and offshore wireline for Union Pacific Resources, serving as location manager in Natchez, Mississippi; managing all wireline operations for Unocal in Lafayette, Louisiana, before transferring to Houston and serving as operations manager for West Texas, where he oversaw all wireline operations in the Permian Basin.

Prior to that, Mr. Roeder served as the Chief Financial Officer of Vopak America, a global independent tank storage company, from February 2013 to December 2013. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Vopak North America from February 2009 to February 2013. Mr. Roeder graduated from St. Mary’s University with a B.B.A. in accounting and received an M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Mr. Moore has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel since he joined the Company in March 2017. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moore served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of C&J Energy Services, Inc., a provider of onshore well construction and intervention, well completion, well support and other complementary oilfield services and technologies, from March 2015 to June, 2016, Executive Vice President from October 2012 and Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from February 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Moore practiced corporate law at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. from 2002 through January 2011.
Mr. Moore represented public and private companies and investment banking firms in capital markets offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Moore graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a B.A. in Political Economy and a J.D. from Tulane Law School.

S. Brett Luz has been Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since September 2018. He served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Willbros Group, Inc., a specialty energy infrastructure contractor, from September 2017 to September 2018. He also served in many other capacities at Willbros from April 2011 through September 2017 including Director of Financial Reporting, Assistant Controller, and Corporate Controller - Reporting. In addition, he served in several positions within the audit and assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from January 2003 through April 2011 and several positions within Weaver and Tidwell LLP from January 2000 to January 2003. Mr. Luz earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University in 1999. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Clair previously served as President of Nine Energy Canada and U.S. Completion Tools, where he drove many of Nine's technology initiatives as well as led the formation of key strategic partnerships.
An engineer by trade, Clair's impressive 30+-year career has been in the oilfield services industry, where he gained insight and experience in a number of disciplines across the world including operations, sales, marketing, and management. Prior to joining Nine, he spent 25 years with Baker Hughes working on projects in North America, South America, Europe, Russia, and Africa. His last 8 years with Baker Hughes were spent in Canada where Holley oversaw the operations and sales of the wellbore construction product lines. Clair holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech, and studied Business Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and Financial Acumen at Mays Business School at Texas A&M.

Deeply respected by the operators, Nick has been able to identify completion trends before our competition and introduce these to our customers. He will continue to be responsible for sourcing and commercializing new technologies throughout all of Nine's service lines.
Before joining Nine Energy Service, Nick spent the last decade supervising, bidding, locating vendors, and generally managing all aspects of completion for hundreds of wells for Chesapeake Energy. During his career, he has worked as a roustabout, field engineer, drilling & completion foreman, production engineer, drilling engineer and completion superintendent for major energy companies in projects that range from deepwater platforms to traditional wells to horizontal wells in a host of challenging fields and formations.
Nick is a graduate of Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, where he holds a B.S. Degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Guy Sirkes has served as Vice President, Strategic Development since March 2019. Guy was previously an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan’s Oil & Gas Investment Banking group, where he worked from July 2007 through March 2019, spending time in both Houston, TX and Sydney, Australia. During his time at J.P. Morgan Guy was instrumental in executing equity, debt and M&A transactions, including our initial public offering, acquisition of Magnum Energy Tools and senior notes offering.

As the Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing she is responsible for the strategy development and communication of the operational health of the company to investors and the marketplace, plus risk management and litigation strategies. Additionally, Heather is responsible for the company's Marketing and Public Relations.
Heather brings a strong and diverse background that includes fundraising and donor relations for a national political campaign and marketing for an NBA sports team. Before joining Nine, she was with SCF Partners. Heather received her Bachelor's degree from Columbia University in New York, where she also played soccer and an MBA from Rice University in Houston.

Clay is a gifted team leader that has demonstrated strategic and operational success in unlocking talent and managing team members in a variety of complex situations. Clay’s unique leadership background enhances Nine’s ability to align and integrate support functions as well as lead key operational initiatives across the business. Clay’s responsibilities include workforce engagement, operational accountability, and value assurance throughout Nine’s Business Lines.
Prior to joining the oil field, Clay served in a variety of high-stress, undefined, and zero fail environments. He has held a variety of operational and Command roles including flying off of aircraft carriers as a fighter pilot, high-profile technology portfolio management, a senior fellow at a Washington DC think tank and the Naval Military Aide to both President Bush and President Obama. Prior to joining the Nine Team, Clay led a Corporate team focused on global process standardization and compliance at Halliburton.
Clay graduated from the US Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering and has an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
