Flex 50H is an extremely versatile additive, engineered to perform in applications with high H2S content and harsh wellbore conditions. The enhanced acid resistance provides an added layer of protection for demanding operational environments, like disposal wells.

Engineered for exceptional integrity

In higher-temperature applications, Flex 50H is one of the only polymers that maintains cement integrity, especially during long periods where the fluid may be static, such as the opening of an expandible liner hanger. It can be used in narrow annular wellbores up to 370°F.

Purpose

Flex 50H was developed for higher-temperature applications to maintain slurry stability, lower equivalent circulating densities (ECDs) and outstanding fluid loss—at typical loadings, a value of 50ccs or less.
