Starting a family and going through in vitro fertilization (IVF), Nine covers 100% of IVF treatment. This can cost you up to $20,000 out of pocket and is rarely covered by industry competitors.
An individual employee? Nine covers 100% of the premium for individual employees on the core medical plan. That means you pay $0 for healthcare, saving you roughly $1,400 a year as compared to the industry standard.

Depending on the position, Nine may then arrange an interview—first by phone and then in person. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions as well.
Step 3: The Offer
If we determine a mutual fit, we’ll extend a verbal offer. Candidates undergo reference and background checks, drug testing and, depending on the position, physical and competency tests. Once everything checks out, we’ll extend a written offer via email for you to sign.
