Engineered for demanding downhole conditions

To isolate the tubing and provide a barrier to set hydraulic packers, the Dual MagnumDisk™ sub is run on the bottom of the tubing and/or below a packer BHA. After all tests are performed, the MagnumDisks™ are knocked out via a MagnumDisk Drop Bar™, coiled tubing, slickline or sand line. Wellbore fluids can then be produced up the production tubing.

Constructed of proprietary material, the barrier valve offers incredible strength and durability in a variety of downhole conditions.

RELIABLE

With two internal barrier devices, the Dual MagnumDisk can effectively isolate wellbore reservoir pressure on both sides up to 10,000 psi/15,000 psi.

ECONOMICAL

The valve is a cost-effective alternative to a profile nipple and plug, eliminates plug and prong removal runs, and—with a redressing kit—is reusable.
